FAQ Thanksgiving Questions
During this time of exceptional demand, here are answers to our most frequently asked questions:
1. How can I get a Thanksgiving Pie?
PRE-ORDERS ARE CLOSED for THANKSGIVING
Tuesday, November 25 - Pre-order Pickups ONLY. No walk-in sales.
Wednesday, November 26 - Doors open for FINAL SALE at 3 PM.

2. What pies will be available?
Please check our Daily Menu to see what pies are available. We do our best to keep this page up to date. There will be NO APPLE on Wednesday, November 26.

3. Will you have quiche, chicken pie or other savory pie?
Not at this time. We had savory pie till November 16. Quiche will be available starting December 3 and Chicken Pot Pie will be available the week f December 10-13 only.

4. Will you have cinnamon rolls, scones, brownies, cookies & small pies?
Not at this time. We had these items till November 16. Now, check the website for an updated list of what is available (that won't include much but pie).

5. How do I preserve my pie for Thanksgiving?
If you pickup your pie on the Tuesday (November 25) or Wednesday (November 26), just refrigerate your pie until Thanksgiving and reheat day of if you have a regular pie. Please note that Pumpkin Chiffon, Mile High Chocolate, Key Lime and other cold pies should NEVER GO IN THE OVEN [You laugh, but it has happened].
If you pick up your pie before November 25, please freeze and reheat, if appropriate (not Chiffon, Mile High, Key Lime). Your pie will still be wonderful. Heather & Wendy serve previously frozen pies to their own families every year and provide detailed instructions. Videos!

6. I'm running late to pickup, what should I do?
PLEASE pick up at your chosen time. If you are running late, but still arriving before close that's fine, but please let us know. If you can't make it on your pickup day, please call us & we will hold a pie for one day in our refrigerator EXCEPT...Any pies not picked up by 3 PM on Wednesday, November 26 will be forfeited without a refund.

7. When can I place a pre-order to pick up AFTER Thanksgiving?
Pre-orders for post-Thanksgiving through Christmas will open before Thanksgiving.

First, thank you! We are grateful & honored that you want to make our pie a part of your Thanksgiving table. We take this responsibility seriously.
Second, please be kind. The sad fact is that this is the time of year when we get the most negative online reviews, mostly from people who:
A) Were frustrated from waiting in line, OR
B) Didn't end up getting a pie at all.
We get it. You are stressed. Please don't take your stress out on us.
Our talented & amazing staff will be working at an unprecedented level to make as many pies as they can while maintaining our high quality standards.
