It's hard to go wrong with this classic vegetarian quiche. Fresh mushrooms, caramelized onions, smooth nutty Gruyere and Fresh Thyme.  As always, we pair this with our locally-raised organic eggs, fresh milk and a touch of cream. The most delicious way to eat your veggies.
